INTEGRATIVE MANUAL THERAPY
focuses on the premise that most health problems arise due to blockages and dysfunction that prevent the body from self-healing. Addressing the body as a whole helps re-establish your own innate healing abilities.
BIO-INTEGRATIVE THERAPY and MICRO-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE are techniques that gently mobilizes biomechanical and neurological pathways that promote structural and active repair within tissues. This helps foster an all-natural and non-invasive comprehensive healing.
These hands-on techniques feel a little different from traditional massage, as they are applied with a very light hands-on technique, but the effects on the body are deep and profound.
ASHIATSU BAREFOOT MASSAGE is a very deep tissue modality that works farther into the fascia with the use of the therapist's feet. This technique releases trigger points and connective tissues more effectively than traditional deep tissue with slow, compressive pressure. Ashiatsu isn't painful the way some deep tissue sessions can be and is, in fact, profoundly relaxing.
CRANIO SACRAL therapy and POLARITY are both gentle touch approaches that have been shown to help activate the body's own healing process. Cranio Sacral works with the central nervous system, while Polarity therapy influences energy flow and balance. Sometimes pain in our tissues can be brought about events other than physical stress.
